It's not week 60 I think it's moved for week 70 or 80 to give us more choice to explore

Doubtful. The pregnancy stuff with Alexia is almost unavoidable. She wants a bun in her oven no matter what so long as her relationship stats with Rowan or Andras are high enough. The cutscene with the pregnant character can be seen when choosing the "explore the orc camp" option when trying to recruit the orc tribe, if you keep trying you may RNG your way into a scene in which you see and are given a chance to call out to a female slave that has been knocked up by an orc, calling out to her will lead to a scene a little later on. Cla Min's storyline also involves her desire to have a kid with Rowan, and you only really need to visit the goblins at the castle on a regular basis to get that. No pregnancy yet, just as is the case with Alexia, as that will likely be an act 2 or 3 thing.

So was the stuff removed because of Patreon ever put back in? I wasn't super clear at the time on what went or why.
most non human characters sex scenes where removed but they are still aviable on subscirbstar version and on steam version.

Hey, downloaded the version from the front page here, while doing the orcaid quest a bugged made me end up -200 gold in the negative. I tried going to edit the files to allow console commands, but it seems they are all in binary, any solution? Or am I just stuck till I can grind out the gold.

You must have opened the wrong file then. You need to edit "00console.rpy", which is located in seeds-of-chaos/renpy/common. Keep in mind that you need the "00console.rpy" file, not "00console.rpyc"

Additionally, how do I start the Grudge of Thorns questline? pretty sure im in the right area, but I'm not finding anything.
If anyone is curious, my solution is that you have to look in your journal to know which tiles are "quest tiles".
Well I took the city, and like Rowan I'm not too please how it turned out lol. Went with the first choice of taking it for the twins cause the second option said coming soon and sabotaging it seemed like it wouldn't end well for Rowan. Sided with Patricia and Maud.
Where was Delane? I was told she had a part in the Rastedel finale if you sent her there but I saw zero of her.
Also, is there a way to control all of the city before the twins arrive rather than half, and is there a way to stay on Maud from hating you afterwards? Or are those fixed events on that route? I even tried sending some soldiers to her area to help, but it made no difference I guess.

additionally, i cant seem to take over the city after the raid. its bugged out for me, and now the quest is stuck
Just a question, how much content is missing from the downloads? Like I know in certain places the bull is banned
