Identify Seeking a game I played about half a year ago

Here are some details I still remember
The game is a RPGM one, had a pretty short plot at the time, a scene, where protagonist was forced to smell pussy of a knightess/warrior in tavern, and also it had an incest trope with mom/stepmom (who is an arachnid).
