Seeking Seeking Body Modification Games

Like the title suggests, I am looking for games that involve the MC and NPC's bodies being modified, in terms of their physiology.

While transformation games are nice, I am more looking for games that involve switching out body parts for others (no gore, but surgery is ok).

I would prefer games with a female MC but I'll accept games with any MC.

Please give a warning if the game has loli or NTR content.

See you can try Heroine Rumble 2 Cuz there is wrestling and can change anything body sliders to anything and Change MC TO female or male

Also tell if you want 3d or 2d game

Both 3d and 2d games are fine. I guess I prefer 2d because they run smoother on my computer.
