Seeking Seeking Colony Sim, Heavy On Customization

I'm looking for a game where you control a large group of people and manage their actions, maybe you have a character that you play as yourself or maybe you're more of a god looking down and controlling things. What's important to me is the ability to interact with the characters individually, form relationships between them, make the place they live bigger and better, maybe by sending them out on missions.

What I'm not looking for is a game with 100 identical npcs that just kinda move where you click them, or a game like summertime saga where you're a guy who can chat up a harem of ladies. The individuality of each character and ability to interact with and customize them each in unique ways is the main factor I'm looking for. Full disclosure I am developing a game like this but it's a fever dream at this point, not even close to being a full idea so if it already exists I'd rather play that.

For a porn game, your expectations are quite high, as creating even a basic mechanic that’s complex enough to manage character traits and relationships requires many resources, funding, and developer's time. Moreover, any game that fulfills the first set of requirements generally struggles to achieve everything outlined in the second set.
But based on my experience, alternatively, there are games that after installed porn mod from LoversLab can sastify you.
Game: Skyrim, Rimworld, Sim, maybe Crusuader King 3. Also, you will need to find flavour content from discord group for the interaction thing.

I would suggest RimWorld as it is one of the best colony sim games out there, but the main issue is that it was not in any way created with NSFW in mind. Though it isn't an nsfw game, it is incredibly customizable with mods and it has a very active modding community. If you're really that desperate for a game that fits your description, check out RimWorld and mod the hell out of it. Keep in mind the actual NSFW of the game would be subpar compared to the actual colony sim gameplay aspect, but I have like a thousand hours in it, so even without the NSFW aspect its still a really good game in general.

You can make a village, capture then tame the npc, then you can change their clothes and weapon and increase their affection so you can have sex or make a party to follow you to explore and fight. Also send them to work or train by assigning a job. NPC can develop a relationship between each other if you allow them.

I think FoC meets most / all of the criteria, except maybe customizing the NPCs as they're generated. Strive should apply too.

Corruption of Champions satisfied all the curiosity and patience I have for text only games many years ago lol, it's not a genre that particularly interests me anymore but thank you for the recc regardless.

I'll check out Strive for sure, and once I get the hang of vanilla rimworld I can see myself making mods for it in the future.
