There was a game where you play as a guy living with three others. I think they could be relatives or even direct sisters and a mother. They had the classic hentai look to them. As you continued through the game you corrupted them more and more, and eventually their clothes and actions got more sexual. Eventually you are able just to do anything to them.
There is a city with a shop, and you can take the train. I think I remember a female character with a wine glass.
