Seeking Seeking games with parasites, body modification, and big tits

As title says. Parasites though not necessary. Body modifications, and big tits.
Preferably female protagonist but male protagonist also suffices.
RPGM preferred.

Notice: I have already played games like para ink, hungry neomi, worm nest, etc. Enjoyed them all. But again parasites isn't necessary. Any 2 of those combinations make a perfect game for me

Parasite infection is pretty decent. The UI takes some time to get used to and you get easily stuck not knowing what to do next, but it's still a solid game
