Yeah, I just want to play any good game that have your share of sex scenes and the a least a minimum amount of freedom/gameplay and doesn't have or a least not much or piss/throw up in sex and NO scat, like zero scenes with it or a least avoidable ones. Those are the only requirements that I ask for, but if helps....
