Ren'Py Seeking - Method to create illustrations/CGI

I'm thinking of developing a Renpy game. I don't have a good PC nor the time necessary to create lots of CGI images with Blender or Daz.
For my "backgrounds" of rooms/places I'd take IRL license free photos from Google, blur them slighty & put an anime-ish/cartoonized filter on it via GIMP/Photoshop to make it look like it's drawn.

I'm curious if the community knows of ways to create character/sex illustrations yourself, other than drawing them yourself of course. It'd be really nice if there was like some sort of AI generator.

AI generators can be free if you have a good PC to run the program yourself. Maybe rent one?
There are options online, but they're either awful or only a demo, so not ideal for making a game. You could also pay a subscription to one of these sites for the full thing, but that's not something I'm familiar with.

Another option is to find an artist and commission him. If you want to fund your game on patreon you can use that to pay him.

Point being that making a game is going to cost either time or money, usually both.

It's always going to be both, even including piracy of things like PS. Everyone wants their piece of the pie while you do all the work.

There are models of Stable Diffusion AI such as Waifu Diffusion. You can either download the model and run it on your PC or use the websites that uses Waifu Diffusion or other NSFW models. I did not try them myself but these may work: picso ai, soulgen ai, pornpen ai...
