Identify Seeking the name of a game about a vampire across time.

Game revolves around a vampire turned sometime in the middle ages. The author intended for the story to begin there before it advanced to the modern day. I recall some beautiful renders for the game, that his mother was a prostitute, and a heated debate in the comments about a potential NTR element.

I wish I could remember more. Like the name! Why I didn't add this to my followed threads I'll never know.
