I need a little help settling an argument. It has to do with AVNs and pregnancy.

I've been around a number of years now and something I see alot is people wanting pregnancy content, but, I also see some who aren't really into it.

So let's say you're playing a AVN and you get a chick pregnant, so she is pregnant with your child... Would you still fuck her while she is heavily pregnant? Or would you rather skip the sex scene?

Oh, don't get me wrong. I self insert as much as the next person. But a lot of things are purely fetish based. I don't really have a pregnancy fetish so it just holds nothing for me. You are making a Visual Novel with meaningful (?) choices, it is as easy as writing and rendering the pregnancy scene, and when your horny waifu asks for sex, you can say "no i am scared to hurt the baby" or "fuck yea let's go".
Not the most epic story branching ever, but especially if you are in doubt, just offer a way for players to opt out if they are not interested.

Humans have this inherret need to reproduce.
So the brain see's your pregnant woman as the most beautiful thing in sight because she is carring your offspring.
With the expection of chucks most men dont find pregnant woman beautiful.
They find their pregnant woman beautiful.
As in it is your's.

It is also why man are more prone to murder when a woman cheats.
Because this instinctive need to make sure it is your child.
Even if you are not aware of that subconscious need.

And that's what I was trying to isolate with my question, if you remove the baby but add some other mechanism for inflation, would you still enjoy/dislike it exactly the same as if it was a baby? (afterall that's exactly what games do, there is no actual baby there)
