I don't have problem with his decision to reset or remake whatsoever of original game, that's his problem and that's his stuff to shit and bust. But my problem is aside from taking money from clueless hopeful patreon members he didn't even consider to give a free play-test to get and collect reviews or result. Blud just making more money trap by releasing in tier stage to bait hopeful 3 year waiting members into buying higher tier only to get a demo of mechanic test shit. His strategy in business is fucked up and dumb. I keep telling him but dude too prideful, egoistic and stubborn.

3 years of development = 30 minutes of gameplay.

Wow, thinking about when i suported this joke of game when Alek was still updating it, and the actual tragedy of state that he puts the game.

Looking back we have a clearly case of a creater destroying good idea/game, just like: Cloud Meadows and Breaders of Nephilim.

I seriously laugh hard after every update post on Patreon, because them are always about himself almost finishing something them saying it will take more time or things he decided to change for no reason.

I only can think it's acually a cash grab scam, not a game anymore, only posting something minimal to keep people throwing Money at him...

A sad state this game because.

why do people like to count other people's money? many other developers make even more money by updating the game once every 1 year, now you have to write about them all? you'll get tired of doing it I guarantee you, if he still has fans and paid subscribers, then it's their business and their money. All the more I repeat such authors are just a bunch, they do not close payment on patreon and just do nothing. At least he's doing something.

alek feels entitled to money and has illusion that his work cant get snatched by freeloaders. its the internet. it is how it is. in some of his old works he put some wall fo text whining about it instead just dealing with it and doing his stuff and he has thsi mindset to this day. worst of all indeed he is not productive since 2020 or something.

any word on how his latest stuff fares? anyone tried it? 30 mins of gameplay aside, I think its not a huge deal. huge deal will be if next thing will come in 6 months+ instead of reasoneble 3 months. expectations aside, is new game far from the source material in terms of visual novel style? you know, rolling dices like a retard instead of having some decent story/narration? it cant be THAT bad really....

I don't think players are suggesting that they should control how other players spend their money.

Rather, they're suggesting that a developer accepting player money without producing the promised product bothers them. And it should.

Of course, developers shouldn't accept payment for a promise without delivering on it. But donators should also wisen up after the second, third, or fourth time that they donate and a promise falls through. If they keep donating after that, then that's their problem.

I try to think about it as social Darwinism. Stupidity empties one's wallet and predators will prey upon defenseless wallets.

Donating money with the promise of a product and receiving it to find out that it's bad is one thing. Donating money and receiving a different product than the one you were promised is a different thing.

I subbed to him for a few years, but when I noticed his continual broken promises and posted receipts, he and his other followers got defensive. So glad I stopped paying, three years for the garbage he's producing now is pathetic.

I agree that I hope he gets banned. He's not going to acknowledge his fuckery without being beaten over the head with it.

well, at least he admits that he will sorta try to work faster...

but that "how much money spend" bullshit even?! what and audacious asshole. its neither smart nor consumer friendly. fact is he takes money already for his fucking experiments, so he should be wise enough ***not*** to start any discussion about money ever again! and hes doing it unasked. since every, EVERYY new potential discussion anout money will lead to his bang-to-buck efficiency/performance which automatically puts him in a fail state and makes him loose any argument on that subject automatically just like that.
