This is a review based off the 0.2 Patreon version.
To start, I think this project has a lot of potential. The amount of scenes in here are pretty good for what amounts to be basically the "first" release, and there are a lot of good features implemented since trying the 0.1 demo version.
First things first, I do not recommend playing the demo version, and instead recommend looking in the comments to try a patreon build. The game -- well more like the lack thereof a game, doesn't give you much for a demo to see if it's worth supporting the author.
The game itself is your typical 3d sandbox harem game. There's multiple love interests that you can slowly build relationships with and get down and dirty with. FYI, for 0.2 the current sex scenes are as follows -- Paizuri w/ Nicole, Sex w/ Nicole, Sex w/ Hanako, and a dream sex sequence with the roommate. The sex scenes have multiple angles, are animated, and are for the most part quite hot (at least in my opinion). Performance wise the game struggles a bit on my 3070ti machine, but I am running it with max resolution and graphics.
Typical to most sandbox games there is a resource management system in place, where you need to manage multiple stats and keep them low in order to increase the amount of skill check points you can use. Speaking to that point, the skill check point system is something akin to a Fallout 3+ skill check system, but instead of fail conditions, you use said skill points to increase your relationship with the girls faster and to increase said skills progression. So there's lots of incentives to have to manage your resources well. The dialogue is suprisingly meaningful -- the characters react to different dialogue choices you make with a surprising amount of variation -- I really liked the attention to detail here.
That said, the resource management leaves a lot to be desired. Juggling hygiene, libido, hunger, filth (how clean you are), stress is a lot, and there is a lot of stuff to take care of in the day that makes the resource management feel unfinished. You have to study for exams for the two classes, do homework for the two classes, work so you can pay for monthly rent, groceries, and other services, and it ends up being a chore and takes away from the rest of the game, which I found quite fun. In my playthrough I completely forgoed any of the college studying/homework just to have a better experience managing less stats.
The travel system in this game is something with the likeness of Seaside Mystery. You move around with the mouse and in 0.2 added a fast travel system (but only to locations you've already discovered), so it's clear the developer is listening to feedback as when I first tried the game in 0.1 demo there was no fast travel.
Thus all in all I'm giving the game 4/5. There's a lot of work ahead but what's in place is pretty good. The 5th star would be given if the developer refines the resource management system that makes it less of a chore and more something that naturally flows with the in-game day to day gameplay.
Looking forwards to seeing more of the game and what it brings!
