Oh! It's wasy, you only need to have the bear monster in your team and the enough energy for you and your monster to be able to interact with the first girl you said.
You can equip your bear in the monster world, and you can enter in the monster world by selecting the mirror in the Rex's bedroom after you unlock this option (option unlocked at your point).
And you can refill your energy by sleeping in the bed at Rex's bedroom.
To be able to interact with the chubby (tha girl in the bathroom) you need to advance more in the game until you get the bull monster. You can read a quick guide in the link at the first page of this thread.
Yes, the library is during the intro and it have one sex scene more.
After play the girlfriend scene, you got a new monster (the bull) and you can interact with the chubby girl at the park's toilets when having that monster in your team, you will have two more scenes in there.
And you have another sex scene with Cloy in the special scenes (that point where you can play the bear and female bear scene).
Yeah i got the bear monster.. But how get bull monster and how to interact with the girl in the park reading books?

I cant seem to progress this game.. I got bear monster visited him in the mirror. Then cloy said to get 50 sexual energy..but how?? I tried interacting with all the people 2 girls in park the guy in blue shirt.. What am i missingggg??

But don't worry about the game over, you can keep playing even if you get it.
