I just played Once a Porn a Time where you can receive oral sex from a fairy who is bigger than usual. There is no need to say how much I loved this scene.

Is there any other game in which you can have sex with females of the same size? (Bigger than fairies and smaller than humans)

So I don't think there's a dedicated tag here to search, but the terms I usually find games like this are 'cocksleeve' 'fairy' or 'pixie' even though you said larger than a fairy. Here are some games with a small woman:

Here's also a thread about games like this if you want to look more into it. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be a very popular type of game. Though I wish it was!! I loved Once A Porn A Time, and I'm holding out that in a future update, we'll have a scene with The Boss, plus more with more fairies.

There are two games that have small fairy like women, but as of right now, there's no scenes specifically with them like that. In both of these games, you either shrink down or they grow to 'normal' size before the scene, so the size difference angle isn't there:
