VN - Unity - Completed - SEXSTELLAR [v1.0] [Carnality INC]

One girl for the entire game, even with cosplay just isn't enough content. I understand what they are going for, being alone is space but it just not make a good game, nor is it psychological. Walking into a section, most of the time you don't know what you are to do, just look around for something to click. The game play draws way out. They show a scene out in space, it's not even in the game.

Doesn't deserve to be called complete because they must have done zero play testing with others. Game takes FOREVER to load and crashes at random places; for me, cleared the life support, but stuck at reactor scene.

Both panel 1 and panel 2 selections lead to game hanging there, without option to end day. Shame because the graphics and animations are decent, even if story is kinda weird.

This review is for the completed version (1.0) released on 2025-05-09.

CODING: The game froze on the loading screen the first time I started it.
If you play in windowed mode, you are forced into pre-defined resolutions. You cannot dynamically resize the window to fit your screen.

RENDERS: The in-game renders are about the same level as the preview images.

ANIMATION: The game seems to be about 95% animated. Unfortunately, the idle motions quickly get obnoxious.

WRITING: The writing is nowhere near the level of the artwork. They should have taken some of that animation time and spent it on refining the script.

PLOT: The sci-fi aspects are not written in a believable manner, and the addition of full-speed-ahead porn logic makes any suspension of disbelief nearly impossible.

I did not complete the game. I only made it about 15 minutes before the porn logic got to me.
