Best Netorase phone game (by like a million miles): the aptly-named Netorase Phone.
Best NTR phone game (again, by a landslide): the also aptly-named NTR Mobile.
These two reign supreme over the genre(s), no other comes close at the moment (plus, they're shock-full of content already, which kind of helps, too).

You've probably been recommended the usuals by now, but a great new one is NTR Girlfriend Fullstack. His character designs and animations got me hooked immediately. The NTR/NTS isn't completely fleshed out yet...but I like where it's going.

Plus - these pre-Alpha versions are something like just draft's with not so polished dialogues, typos etc. so it's not really worth it to ruin the fun playing this. I encourage you to support the developer with highest tiers possible for you, since he's doing AAA work, but for most of the players it's worth to wait for the final version of each chapter.
how do I get past the tutorial, it just repeats the hello lines and I can't click on anything.
Still in pre alpha for the first chunk of the update only. Gonna be a while.

its in pre-alpha 2 now few more patches, and you'll get it soon, give or take maybe a few weeks to a month at best

Yes, and MC's choice of responses to Mel is completely bizarre.
Basically, it leaves you with the options where you completely ignore Mel.
Which pushes her towards Dave.
It's very poorly constructed
I would have preferred something like the NTS route with Mel cheating on MC
with Dave
with Ben
with the sports coach,
with the Hobbo
with Mike
with the boss and his wife (Mel becomes their sex toy without telling MC)
only Jenifer's app being able to give you proof.( for a future revenge )
And that Mel continues to lie to you
I think that would make for a more interesting NTR route
