Usually, action or platformer games are focused on gameplay sex/ryona interactions. If you have missed a hit, then you are fucked (literally).
But other games do not have any in-gameplay sexual content. Only story or death events. As an example: Eternal Dread.

What type do you prefer?

I hate that, and button-mashing in general.
Well, if you playing an action game, how it is possible without button-mashing? If it is a simple (not souls-like) action game, you need to mash buttons all the time to deliver as much damage as possible.

Yeah, I mean rapidly pressing the same key/button over and over for the same input, as with many ryona-style games when MC is being molested. I also don't enjoy pressing the same key over and over for rapid attacks, I'd rather hold the key down. Not a fan of semi-auto guns or revolvers in games for that reason.

The thing is that the gameplay is pretty much always generic and the sex gets tacked on to make the game unique. But then the question is what are the players supposed to do with this game? Are they supposed to play up to a sex scene, get horny, fap and then close the game again? Are they supposed to unlock scenes and only fap after beating the game? The problem is that sex scenes in games usually don't fulfill a purpose, unless it's a straight up porn visual novel.

I can only think of a few examples, where sex scenes fit seamlessly into the games:
One being Lust From Beyond, where the sex fit well narratively. I think horror games in general have the potential to use sex to break taboos as a shock factor.
The other examples are XStoryPlayer and Some Modeling Agency, because in these games the whole gameplay loop revolves around the sex mechanics. Sex scenes are always tacked on and without purpose, unless the player is in control, in my opinion.
