HTML - Shady Deals [v0.15.1] [Kroo]

Kinda enjoyable for what it is, but also really clunky and grindy. If you like management games with a shit-ton of grinding, and a bit of sandbox discovery, this game has that. Probably ideal for people who value the spreadsheet aspect higher than porn or story.

For me personally, there was very little dopamine payoff or hooks to keep me playing. Story-wise, there's almost nothing there. As for progression, female protag gets DPd within minutes, and the rest is just repeating variations of that to boost some experience bar. Then there's the increasingly convoluted management stuff that gets added progressively (and way too slowly) on top of that.

Negatives for me:
- Does a poor job at explaining what you need to do to progress. In most cases, the answer is just to grind some more. Occasionally, it's accidentally running into some event or other.
- The porn is just a bunch of random mismatched bland short clips. There's ZERO actress consistency, even within the same scene. EVERY type of sex-act plays out the same way, with the same 2-3 panels and text. Made the sexy-times (ultimately my main reason for playing these games) totally uninteresting for me.
- Pretty much zero story beyond the basic premise.
- Bad English. Distracting in general and sometimes makes it hard to understand objectives, goals or item descriptions.
- Annoying overly click-intensive UI. Once you make it to the gang stage and beyond, wrangling your crew is such a click-intensive chore. The game gives you several dozen henchmen to manage, with a UI barely fit to handle a handful.
- Grindy AF with (aside from perk unlocks) really lackluster feedback on what you're actually achieving.

One of my favorites. The management/porn is really well balance, and is actually funny to play. Is not a glorify gallery, but a gang management game where the porn is correctly introduced.
Some parts suffer because is yet on-build, but the new versions add interesting content and fix balance problems. The only thing i could miss is some more personalization in the gang itself, so it could feel something more different, maybe with choices that give you multiple paths, but is more a personal thing and not a problem of the game.

The crime sim aspects of this are handled as well as any game. The dev is adding stuff quickly and releasing new versions often. I like the concept quite a bit, of a female boss, and the dynamics around that are beginning to be explored more.

Honestly, as long as it keeps getting fleshed out in terms of character, storyline, and setting, to a greater extent than currently, it is up there with any HTML game on this site. The gameplay mechanics have gotten a lot of attention and have been handled well, and there is a lot of reason to think the other aspects of the game will also be handled well going forward.

Overall an enjoyable experience. Requires some grind and management to progress, but I find it rewarding and not overcomplicated.
Every business venture requires funding and operates at a loss by default which plays quite well into illusion of realism.
Trait system is a nice touch.
The game feels like an honest sandbox, with textual minigames implemented for almost every activity.

Honestly, it's actually a pretty good game so far. There's a lot to do, and it's very straightforward. If you're looking for a game with a storyline, this isn't for you—it's more of a sandbox game where you can do whatever you want. At first, I didn’t expect much and only played it out of boredom, but I was totally wrong. This game is really fun. I hope the creator adds even more character customization (since imo it kind of bare.)

Come a long way from when I first tried it at version .10
Dev seems responsive and releases regular updates. Nice to have a female protagonist in a crime game for a change. I like that the dev is adding things besides just drugs and theft in your crime empire, more of that please!

This open-world, adult-themed game puts you in control of a female protagonist rising through the ranks of Mafia City. The freedom to explore, fight, and shape your story is one of the game’s biggest strengths. Choices matter, and the branching paths give players real control over how the story unfolds.


Combat is solid — you can carry weapons, engage in shootouts, and face off against armed opponents. The game also features interesting mechanics like a “depravity” system, but it resets too quickly to feel impactful. More persistence would improve immersion.


There are some strong antagonists, but the story could benefit from more — especially characters within your own gang who challenge your power or betray you. Dedicated missions, more dramatic confrontations, and internal gang politics would add a lot.


Customization is decent but limited. More outfits with actual gameplay effects would enhance both immersion and strategy. The atmosphere is strong, and clubs/nightlife settings could be expanded with more variety and interaction.


Overall, this game offers a gritty, emotional, and flexible gameplay experience. With deeper missions, more antagonists, and richer systems, it could become a standout title in adult open-world gaming.

Looking forward to this game

This game has a level of difficulty that simply makes it unenjoyable. Just when you believe you are making progress and can get to the next part of the story it sends your finances into the abyss. Like even with single digit levels of "heat" your crew is systematically locked up turn after turn with no realistic way to recover them. This creates a stupid amount of churn and repetitive grinding and you have to re-train and re-assign gang members constantly. After 5 straight hours I felt like I had barely accomplished anything all the while I was doing the same actions, and viewing the same scenes the entire time. It certainly has depth and the potential for variety but with how it is currently balanced it's one of the biggest grinds for an adult game I have ever seen.

Surprisingly fun game in management genre.

Can create different band types, do different illegal activities (selling drugs, thievery, racing, pimping and so on). All with different aproaches to the problems, including, of course, kinky one.

I personally like how kind of difficult game is, yet dont punish player too harsh for anything and let you learn about mechanics and word in own pace. Passives from different activities also provides nice buffs, so try to do everything for a bit. It helps that mini-games also quite fun.

Porn is alright here, with good amount of gifs and situations. Wish there is more variations and passives from them in general, hope game expand in this department too.

For what i dont liked: interface is clunky at times, sandbox activities is not so many to keep you entertaining and band/house management in very limited. Cant interact in fun ways, every npc is feels the same and random events just too rare and too few.

So first of all, when I played the first version of the game, I was already amazed with the depth of game mechanics and the sheer amount of content. With each update, the game was becoming amazing. That already made it a top tier game for me.

But the recent 0.4 update killed my hype for the game now it has introduced absolute debuffs like Heat. That means in the future more debuff mechanism to make the game more difficult will be introduced. So I can give my rating upto 0.3 version of the game. Because after this I won't be playing this game as the Dev wants to introduce more difficulty inducing mechanisms. Because playing with a save where I already conquered all gangs, the heat generated each day was close to 90%. This much of debuff is just not fun to play with.

So I gave my rating for this game as of 0.3 but the debufs introduced with 0.4 means I will no longer be playing this game. All the best to the Dev and hope their future plans become more expansive. But for me upto 0.3, this game was amazing.

An excellent game, even at this stage of development. Lots of content, with a narrative beyond stat-grinding. Needs a bit work in terms of accessibility when it comes to cargo management, though. Will definitely look forward to new updates

This is a great game. For everyone that likes a rachs to riches, life sim, management game, this is a must play. The game is easy enough to understand. You never feel like you have to grind to much to advance in the game, even though I wouldn't mind a little more grind. It has a sort of guide, more like a checklist, but you don't have to constantly check it. Just start exploring the locations and you'll find everything you need in the game.

The only thing for me is that it lacks content with actual non random side characters. There is sexual content in the game ofcourse, but it is all with just random NPC's. I would like more content sexual or not with the other gangbosses or other more prominent characters. I would also like more significant characters in general, actual characters with actual stories and different looks and personalities. Not just the random generated names that you recruit in your gang.

What I would like to see in the game:

- More grind for more and bigger rewards.
- (Sexual) content with significant characters
- More Sexual content in general
- More significant characters in general
- More backstory and storytelling in general

It is a great game and I'm looking forward to the next updates

Edit: Because the Dev is more focused on implementing more mechanics instead of expanding and going more in dept on the storyline, wich is what this game needs, I'll retract a star from my earlier review. Also there is something wrong with the economy in the game, In the end if you maxed everything you shouldn't be losing 20k a day.

+ Lots of content (and this is only version 0.1!).
+ Decent gameplay.
+ Few bugs, haven't seen any fatal bugs at all.
+ Normal design.

- Some scenes need more detailed text description.
- Unrealistic (come on, this is porn!).

I give it 5 stars (but in advance, with great hope for a continuation).

I've been wanting a female crime boss game like this for years, and Shady Deals delivers.
Writing is great
Real porn is used but not overused
Gameplay loop is fairly easy to grasp but increases in complexity
UI is what you are used to from a HTML game but well executed
SO MUCH content for an initial release
No broken links, images or bugs encountered so far
If I had to find something to complain about it would be that it seems to impossible to have a female gang, which would be fun. But that is a very minor nitpick in what is easily the most well developed and content rich first release of a HTML game I've ever played

Holy fuck! How is this only a first release? It already has more content than most games that have been updated for years! Lots of skills, lots of ways to make money and also lots of sex. Great stuff and I hope we shall see a lot more of this game
