What you said is absolutely insane. People don't join a criminal enterprise because they already bagged the chick. They might stay loyal if they think they CAN bag the chick. If a guy joins because you gave pussy, you need to keep giving pussy to keep him interested or he'll just find some other bitch to bang. Getting a guy loyal enough to stick around and risk his life/freedom without getting his dick wet should be a major challenge.

Using sex should be a quick shortcut to power, but it should come with risks - blackmail, pregnancy, or being manipulated. That would happen by guys only joining to get laid and pretty much forcing you to do worse and worse things to stick around. Your job would be to break that, turn it around on them, make them do worse and worse shit while doing less and less for them until eventually they're completely owned by your gang and you don't have to do a thing.

Getting pregnant should be a risk if you're fucking around. It shouldn't be a game over, but it should have serious risks:
1. While pregnant you should have serious penalties (but also a few advantages). If you don't have a good power base already (people to help you while you're helpless) it should be really difficult to keep from getting game over (but not impossible).
2. Blackmail, exploitation, risk - having kids gives enemies more ways to attack you.
3. Money - those kids aren't free to feed and protect.

Strong agree. Personally I'm not that interested in banging random faceless unimportant people.
I've even edited all the randomized gang member events to the Right Hand man who was not only the one she convinced to join with pussy but also her first gang member, just to have some semblance of power dynamic role play.

Hopefully in the future we can assign less random characters to gang roles, such as some rival or childhood friend.

That's all well and good, but it depends on the dev's plans going forward. Maybe they have no intention of fleshing out such in-depth mechanics or logic. Perhaps the scenes are just vehicles for grinding stats while receiving sub/dom leader scens depending on player preference.

In the end, the game appears to be a power fantasy of a female MC running a criminal enterprise. Not the realistic hardships and consequences of what such a power climb would realistically entail.
