Should we do game ROMs?

Just an idea but since emuparadise has gone and I don't trust alot of sites could we start doing game ROMs on here or would that be too risky?

I have no authority here, this is just my 2 cents on the topic. I feel this is likely to get rejected for similar reasons to why big AAA games and the like aren't allowed on here. They always eventually bring very unwanted attention from people who can afford to burn the site down. All ROM sites eventually get taken down by those who represent the likes of Nintendo who can afford to make life hell for anyone sharing ROMs on the sort of scale that would make it worth doing. Besides, this is a site focused on adult gaming, while exceptions are made for non-sexual games with very mature themes, I don't know if the vast majority of old school console ROMs tend to fall into that category.

In the softcore sense, some would consider things like the Witcher and FarCry games in that category. They include mild sexual content and enough mature themes throughout to be considered for inclusion here, but those sorts of games are like playing Russian roulette with the site's future every time one would be added. You never know when one will trigger some corporate watchdog to signal an attack.
