Seeking Side-Scroller chase games

Having recently played through games like AfterSchool Tag, House of Lust, Castle of Temptation, etc. I wanted to know if anyone knows more of these styles of games where you can run around and explore a map while being chased by one or more enemies.

I particularly love how Castle of Temptation allows you to interact (have sex with) various things around the map, so bonus points if the game contains something like that!
