Trying to find a hardcore hentai from around mid to late 2000s.
Basically it was a female protagonist that warps to a prison/dungeon hell. She manages to escape but loses her clothes in the process. Ends up back in the prison trying to grab her clothes right next to the portal she came out of. Has a couple of death traps, some rape and bestiality. Every time you lose comes with graphic explanation of what happens to you with piano music playing in the background.
One scene I remember is losing to a demon girl. She has a death scene of when she catches you, she'll kiss you while carrying you to a cross (I think), restraining you to it and setting it on fire.
