I played the game a little over a year ago I think, it didn't have a translation at the time. You're part of a school committee or something with a girl and your job is to have various kinds of sex throughout the school. The girl was a bit gyaru-ish I think? Also after you were done, if you used a condom it would get tied onto her leg garter. I'm PRETTY sure it was pixel art, I know it was 2d side scrolling. Thanks!

God, I feel like this has to be it, just don't remember the girl looking like that or the dude wearing a mask, I'm probably mixing up two games in my head. Unless there is a game nearly exactly like this with different art, it must be. Gonna give it a play and I'll know for sure, thank you!
