Giving this a five just because the premise alone is innovative enough, also the server based language models are surprisingly good. And the actual in-game interaction that the llms can pick up on genuinely caught me off-guard.

Here's hoping more of these types of games get made in the future.

Maybe the overall 2 stars is justified. The game needs a wiki, and the Ai doesn’t actually enact a lot of the things it talks about doing so the system does kind of need the player to persuade some percussive maintenance out the system to see it succeed, but as my first Ai title I found myself forgiving all of the jank and losing myself in the experience of meeting these goddamn characters. Literal hours of effort spent in writing proper scenes of role play without another human being involved. Without meeting actual fellow furry strangers to pretend molest each others characters back and forth for an evening. With a save and load option that mostly worked to keep your place in the story and let you pause while life got in the way without losing your scene and your moment.
I’m realizing how deeply and profoundly furry nerd I am for the roleplaying days of furcadia again and now I just have it in my hands to boot up on my PC whenever I want. Kill a few monsters, flirt with the town guard on the way to sell my loot and then get lost telling him about the epic journey I survived for an hour and a half of bantering with a video game.

I’ve had glitches galore; followers forgetting that they are the ones following you and that you could not possibly have been on an adventure in the time between when they started following you and you turned around to talk to them, loading my place in a conversation just to reload the game and have the character I’m with reset what we were up to and ask me how I’m doing, one time when characters just dropped the curtain and answered in (/history) They continue getting along. Someone pulls back to derail the conversation. (/manipulation) Then the next character acts. They did a good job.
Very.. empty like that. And I forgive all of it for the experiences I’ve been having here. That time gate won’t let you see much of what I already love about this game, but if you buy it and start sinking the hours into meeting these characters. And least during the first twenty hours it feels like nothing but pay off. Pure astounding reward for every word typed.
I wish this was on steam and so could have a review that I updated for weeks into my experience with it. I don’t even think I’ve even met every character, maybe I just dreamed Mirel. She seemed too good to be true the damn scamp.

it freezes constantly and the "walking" animation sucks, literally its bottom of the barrel ai if you want a game around it, heck even a ai on a phone runs better creates better stuff and can even make stuff for you, this just looks like a half assed project.

The gameplay itself might not be the strongest part of this title, but the AI conversations are absolutely brilliant. The role-playing aspect is fantastic, and you can do almost anything during dialogue.

I tried both the love route and the corruption (slave) route, and yes, they work. Unfortunately, there are no sex scenes (or even nudity), but overall the experience is still really satisfying.

Of course, the AI isn’t flawless:
    - NPCs sometimes repeat themselves.
    - Occasionally, when you ask for an item, the NPC won’t actually give it to you, even though they say they are.
    - Sometimes they hand over the wrong item instead of the one you requested.
    - Waiting for AI responses can take a while (disabling facial expressions helps reduce the delay).

It would be nice if player could ask NPC to lead you somewhere or to meet up somwhere. Right now it's unfortunetly not possible. NPC will respond to us, but don't actually do a thing.

    As for the gameplay itself:
    - Your character gets tired and hungry very quickly. Luckily, this can be disabled at the start, and I’d recommend doing so unless you want to micromanage it constantly.
    - I still haven’t figured out how to level up my character or make him stronger, aside from getting better equipment.
    - Nights are way too dark, you can barely see anything.
    - The game doesn’t really explain its rules, so you’re thrown into the world without much guidance on what to do or how to progress.

Generally Im having a great time in this game and I hope that developer will make it even better (he still updates it a bit).

My knee-jerk reaction is to rate it higher but I'm not blind to its flaws. It's very small in scope and you gotta put in effort to get results. Still, if you ask me it's charming and worth the time. A good effort to try something new and original. Excited to see it develop further while painfully aware of the very real possibility that it won't.
Edit: I'm also a complete sucker for old school nethack type games on top of being a furry so be aware that I'm very baised in this game's favour

cool concept but right now its so bare bones as to not even have nude portraits combined with how laggy it can be and the fact that the ai generates relatively bare bones descriptors and texts for almost any action much less sex its one that needs some work and love but if the dev/devs keep working on it and listen to the feedback it might be a genuinely good game and is one im going to be watching

I like the idea. This is the exact kind of thing that AI could actually be really fun with, but for likely countless reasons, it's just not there yet. I initially tried this on Itchio using the online model, and that was simply unplayable. For that reason, I downloaded it from here and went through the surprisingly simple process of getting a local LLM. This is where immediate problems crop up.

For starts, I really don't like how easily it downloaded something from another platform without any control on my end. Great way to catch a virus. Secondly, I can't use my own models that I've already downloaded. It MUST be one of theirs. There is no option to use your own. Very short sighted. Despite this, it really is a one-click setup.

Lastly, there really isn't much of a game here. It's a very, very basic old school RPG game where you walk into an enemy and hurt it. That's it. So...not really old school, but far worse. The combat is clearly not the figurehead here. It's the AI! The integration! And...it also sucks. Even with a model that loads nigh instantly, there's just nothing to do. The game tries to integrate the AI into the gameplay, but is about 3 years too underdeveloped for it. For example, I tried the following things:

Have an NPC lead me somewhere
Have an NPC change shop prices for me
Have an NPC pay me for work done
Have an NPC sell an item through chat instead of the sales window
    Have sex with an npc

Would you like to guess the only one that even kind of worked? Yeah. It's the sex. I fucked a fox. And yet, even THAT was lame. The AI generated character portraits do not account for you wanting to bone, be boned, or have any kind of bonage. Interestingly, they do change facial expressions, albeit not often accurately. Pleasure turns into a sneer, climax into a frown, that kinda thing.

Now, I mentioned all the things that didn't work, but what sort of worked? The AI CAN follow you. But it's just a "kind of". If you do much of anything, they stop following. This system is also horrendously bugged, as when they start following you, it removes the ability to reply. This means, mid sex, you have to drop the chat box and re-engage with them, which makes them act like you've entirely left their home and come back. Very awkward given the context. It also breaks continuity, as this happened before the sex. I was having a conversation, got invited for drinks, and then they followed me...so the conversation dropped. I didn't know where to go since they said they'd lead (and, as I said, they can't), so I talked to them again. They acted like I had left their home and come back.

Things like this really break the flow of actual RP. Worse is that it just doesn't function. As a demo, this is...neat, I guess? But it's a clunkier version of a normal RP bot with nothing fleshed out. If you've never tried a modern chatbot, it might blow your mind. It seemingly is for many, given its itchio reviews. But if you have, it's got nothing new to offer yet.
