I like corruption games but I don't like nasty things. Lona looks way too brutal. Is there a way to play it without seeing gross stuff?

According to my knowledge you can only enable / disabled urine & poop which is considered as a fetish, everything else is just to showcase the hard-core & brutality of it's world
Guess you better play and be careful with your character : )
