Though the game format is not the same, the spirit of what you are looking for can be found in this game. "Time Loop NTR" is a game where you play as a guy and you basically have to prevent losing your girl. "Welcome to the Sexy Bar!" is also another game with the same objectives. Bonus is that you can have sex with your girl unlike in Leane of Legitimate Crown. Although, the game quality and translation qualities are a bit on the lower side.
