Seeking Similar RPGM games where male mc has lots of girls to have sex/repeatable sex scenes, like the Savior of Impregnation

Looking for RPGM games where the mc goes around and can have sex with a lot of girls, either single or married. Not interested in the NPC style games where time is frozen or you are invisible, as their facial expressions don't change. Other similar games would be kagurado's Geezer Hero RPG or Sextastic Sword Hero. Renpy games have this, but don't really like the 3d art, prefer the 2d style. Thanks
