Seeking Similar to LifePlay for character creation (sliders)

Hello! I'm looking for games which feature a system similar to LifePlay with multiple "extreme" sliders for characters proportions. Exemple for the breasts, not just A to DD with already made presets, but sliders without limits. Thanks!
