I was wondering if anyone knows any similar games to The Twist like the gameplay/animation. I would want the game to have a similar relationship when it comes to the MC, Billy and Janice from The Twist.

Both recommendations aren't proper.
Summertime saga is a 2D game. Sins of the Father is a 3DCG.
The Twist a full 3D concept.

The closest I can think of that comes close to The Twist, is an older game.
Pretty anything by Mysterful (Mysterful Games). He made Michael Family, Long Vacation, Lone Mother and Post Apocalyptic.
