if you have already gave her the 150,000 then she will go with you to the hospital to buy the dentist office ,,, at times it takes a few day .. but you do take her .. believe me i've played this game a ton

she has no baby and if italk to her after she explained me the 2 choice, she says m she found a job..so bye bye giving her the moneey..on the pc i can see the work in progress about starting the studio but never gave me the option to give her the money..if i speack to er she has found the job..that's irritating..pased a ton of days now

whether she has a job as a dentist or not ... you offer to buy it for her ... and its not a work in progress .. i have always been able to give her the money .. at times it takes quite a few days .. and its usually after she has a baby .... you have to have the 150,00 and then some or you don't get to offer to buy it for her ...
for me .. either i arrive in Mohoro with around 410,000 create a gym ... then give her the money to buy the dentist office ... meet up with the blue pills guy ... then after i make my 1st million .. i add the pool
then again i usually always hook up with Moko i love her ... well i love them all really .. except for a couple .. Rebeca/Elena ( miss attitude and miss gold digger )
so i usually always arrive in Mohoro with around 410,000 .... and start talking with Maria as soon as possible ... till i find out about the strip bar .... talk with Raj .. but the app the next day from him then go home ... buy the gun at home .. hit the strip bar . rob the thief ... after 3 times make him work for me ... then meet the blue pills guy (Edmon) .. go home ... next day visit the pharmacist ( it automatic once you get the 5 blue pills from Edmon) go home and take 1 then take a 2nd pill ... you go to your office the next day and end up calling James to move to Mohoro for his help ... setup a pills making shop ... and a week later start making millions
all this from getting to Mohoro and making the pills shop to buying Dora's dentistry office usually takes make like 2 to 3 months ..
cause you have to take Maria out quite a few times before she say's anything to you about the strip bar .. when you arrive for work 1 day the 2 of you talk about you wanting a girl or her wanting a man

now the small starting walk thru i put a couple posts up ... you arrive in Mohoro with over 400,000

i've done the harder way thru without Moko ... where you have to get a loan from the bank .... still make it .. altho you are very short on cash ... so if you go that route watch spending

this game is pretty damn awesome ... altho its not complete we do have another update coming ... then it'll be close to done .. i think
but i've been wrong before so don't quote me on that
