Not sure about your question. You should take the gang in the beginning when you get the chance to either way, When you get to the point that you can make the deal with Madam you decide if you want to keep gang or not, if you keep gang you won't get onetime payout for pill lab, will be locked out of BDSM club, won't have Secret living with you.

the best friends girlfriend Elena does not move in with MC at this time. whether or not dev changes that in future, who knows but I doubt it cause only MC's lovers that arent screwing other guys move in with MC. If you pick the have another drink option and not the VIP option.
