Simulation you'd like to have?

I am working on a game using Unreal Engine and the main idea is that your best friend and his family will ask you to help them preserve their money, that they got from a lawsuit after their father died (yes, the father disappeared, this could be changed because I never thought of family stealing). I haven't thought about family stealing or netorare, because I am a wholesome story guy myself
You, as the MC, will help them build up a business, get closer to them. While you take care of the management I want some more involved gameplay mechanics for the actual business. Like the supermarkt simulator or house flipper but also an easy way to include the smut.

So that's where I'd love to hear your ideas/wishes. My ideas were were

• maid cafe (you hire women. not sure yet what you would have to do)
• simple hotel (you would be able to have some action with the customers but also help your girls clean up rooms afterwards )
• restaurant where you prepare meals (again, not sure how I would implement the sexy)

Any ideas help

I guess the key question is what is the theme of this game? How does helping your friend's family run this buissness speak to a specific sexual fantasy? It's hard to know what sort of stuff to suggest without really understanding the kinks of the game.

It does not matter what business it is, the fundamentals are the same.
The Depth of a Management game lies in your interaction with your Customers. I can't stress this enough, even non-porn management games fail miserably at this.
Let the Customers have Personality and Traits that define their likes and dislikes and what they Value.
Targeting and Satisfying that Value is your Business.
Since you can Interact with your Customers you can also build a Relationship over Time that can link to some of that smut content.
Relationships with your Customers can add even more complexity as that can be a kind of Progression System that can unlock new options.

The best example of that is the game Monster Girl Club Bifrost.

I think I could make the story fit for any type of business, it's more about fun mechanics.
Even if you start a brothel you could decide to either send the mother to work there by manipulating her and maybe showing up as a client when you now she is working, or just keep her close to you and try to establish a bedtime relationship.

I edited the post, so the father is planned to be on an endless vacation to heaven but I haven't thought of family stealing. I do like the a wholesome story a lot more.

Your gameplay should align with your theme and tone! Your plot should align with your theme, too!

If the OP wants to make a business sim for whatever reason they should be free to do so.
How they integrate it with the story and characters is their problem.

They are free to make whatever slop they want, sure. Hell, they don't have to integrate anything at all, slap some porn scenes as a reward for completing established gameplay loops like Qix and boom! Another adult game.

And most AVNs you find here that Do Not have Gameplay.

Not sure how you end up with that conclusion. But I'd like to keep it on topic.

I have the main idea for the story and the possible endings. Anything that comes between is still pretty much open, including kinks.
That's the part where the type of business and the gameplay will have a big impact though. Having a bakery doesn't give you a lot of kinks that you can satisfy (except maybe feeding cum to unsuspecting clients?, I bet that's a thing). Having a massage-/tanning-studio or gym opens up a spying kink.

I bet there are some ideas for a business that would satisfy some kinks I would never come up with and that's the reason for the thread.
