Identify Sin City-like puzzle game

I'm looking for a game that I played in 2016-2017 and I can't find the name anymore.
It was a game with noir art, where the hero was a detective. It takes place in a city like Sin City. There were only still pictures, the story was narrated. There were a lot of puzzle games (match 3).
