I think it was made in Unity, but pretty sure it wasnt made in RPGM or Wolf RPG.
The actions you're allowed to execute is mainly focused inside the house with your sister. Though the last time I played the game, the dev(s) added an unfinished content involving going outside, a quest where you handle your sisters phone to some side chick to fix it.
The design of the characters were cartoonish, and the girl have this blond hair with 2 ball-like hairstyle.
The intro starts with the sister threatening MC to cut his dick and him begging like he'll do anything whatsoever, though I remember getting the impression that the scene is supposed to be happening in the future of the game.
The game was unfinished when I played it 1-2 years ago.
