You go to an island, you try to name your character Jeffrey Epstein, get a farm with two sisters. No coward cousin shit, only pure blood related Alabama madness, I can at least respect that.
You collect stuff by day, interact with the girls in the evening. Each island has two randomly spawning items you need to craft an item that allows you to progress to new zone of the said island. It ain't that bad, but it's very boring, especially because items and fish you need to progress aren't guaranteed to spawn, so you may as well need to run many times.
Scenes are okay, but you don't get much variety. It takes a while to complete too, feels like a lil bit too long. I would give it a solid three stars, but...
Three or four times I had bugs that were softlocking or hardlocking me out of my shit. Am I unlucky? Well, I checked the threat and saw other people getting similar issues. I advice you to save frequently and keep some old saves just in case.

    Sisters Compass [Final]

This game is for siscon or someone with sister complex combined with slow life. I drop the game from how boring the game are.

You play as a retired adventurer who, after an accident, moves to an island with both of your sisters to start a new life. Mc is boring as fuck, like tipical siscon game, the one who initiate most things is his brocon sisters.

The gameplay is similar to Harvest Moon but highly simplified. It focuses on basic farming tasks, planting seeds in soil, buying and feeding animals, and harvesting dairy products—without the need to sell anything. There are no time or weather mechanics. Daily events occasionally resemble slice-of-life moments, but most conversations revolve around your sisters, with a rabbit as the only other character to interact with. The materials require to upgrade things require termendous amount of material. Overall somehow the gameplay is boring more than harvest moon itself.

Sex scene is unlocked as times goes by or new area is unlocked, everything is vanilla, not voiced and barely any sfx. The art itself is good hand drawn, there's nothing interesting beyond that except you got to have sex with your sister.

    Pros
    +
    Good art
    + Sister complex game
    + Simple game mechanic

    Cons
    -
    I cant fap to this
    - censored
    - No voice
    - Tideous farming

TL;DR: I wouldnt recommend the game unless youre lolicon and siscon that able to withstand everything just because its siscon game and you like the art. i think the game for me is 2/5 but if youre siscon person, i think it'd be 3/5.
on the side note, user Saoji below mention the game can break if youre cheating, you should read his review too on the last paragraph.

it's just a leisurely collect-a-thon type of game
basically like playing harvest moon but without all the farming hassle and more on foraging/gathering
that might be a minus for some people, but not for me since i love this kinda of grindy gameplay loop where you unlock things little by little by doing chores daily

    the sisters are cute
their have distinct personality and are sometimes pretty endearing
the jokes are pretty hit or miss, but when they hit, i chuckled a little
they actually have several unlockable costumes with H-scenes tied to them, so that's another thing to look forward to

the minus point for me is the brother itself
i'd like him to have stronger mental fortification yo not cave in to his sisters seduction basically the instant the game started
maybe start with light skinship before going further and further and finally take their virginity in the mid-game and go even further with the fetish play toward the endgame... a.k.a the corruption genre, but toward the male protagonist
as it is now, it just feel weird seeing the girls getting embarrassed when their tits are getting groped.... they already fuck like rabbits every night from day 3, why get embarrassed now?

the other minus is the translation
well, the translation itself is fine, you can understand 90% of the dialogues
but sometimes the formatting is just whack
beginning of tutorial text are cut off, myu first said something weird only for her to talk again with that weird line from before actually the later part of her full sentence
text went beyond the dialogue box making them hard to read
the sister's banter in overworld exploration taking a huge space in the upper right screen, making it hard to see if there are any gathering point in there

    TL;DR
neutral : good gameplay loop if you like grindy slow progressing game
plus 1 : the girls are cute and funny
    minus 1 : rushed story
minus 2 : translation and UI

    final score 3/5

    - Barely functional, game breaking bugs all over the place (soft locks on scenes)
    - Key items (which unlock more scenes a day after collecting) are tied to random encounters, to the point of infuriation (money save editing will not save you of tedium from getting a level 3 ship)
    - Not a huge fan of the art, but that's what full saves are for if you're going for that
    - Economy can sequence-break scene progress, if you have a fully upgraded house without unlocking the story/affection scenes (which come up unpredictably) at a lower level, you will lock
    - Collection grind is annoying and required for progressing map and certain upgrades
    - Character's scenes are unavoidable, you cannot progress without taking virginity of both by day 3
    - Economy only somewhat automates itself after an absurd collection of materials at max level

The gameplay loop is wake up, collect all your farm/orchard/fish/mines, construct upgrades or trade, enter one of two islands (for how far I went) where you collect all the shinies, hoping for one of the two required items to expend the map and progress, then return home for crafting gifts for affection/sex. If you try to sequence break anything from this loop, you're preparing for a softlock in your future.

Generally, this is a barely functional POS with the art budget only going to a small gallery of static images that show up randomly based on your affection/island you choose to grind for 7 minutes. The entire story is the text in the overview.

I give up making a save, make sure you max affection (6+) and make sure you don't upgrade the house as long as possible to avoid story/item progression scenes locking the game.
