Seeking Sites to read manga in japonese

Hey, i'm looking for good sites with mangas in japonese ( if it has furigana it will be perfect ).
I know some sites, but they only have the most popular mangas there. Several mangas that I look for I don't find, like these two:
パンプキンナイト (Pumpkin Night)
and
MEDICAL RETURN
