I have no problem with huge dicks in my games. Not that I really keep count anyways.
But huge tits are a giant turn-off for me. In real life and in games. No matter how good the game is, if most/all of the characters have huge tits then I'm not playing it. Whatever causes people to add giant dicks to their games, it does seem to be kind of popular among men? Penises of unusual size are also the norm in professional porn. And requests to tone down the penis size to normal levels often get read or spun as requests for small penises.
