I found this while browsing a lot and this is quite good even if its not done yet.
Some questions though, like does the bar items work yet? And whats with the Nursery (Not the top one, the one accessable from the pool, along with the greenhouse) but the one im playing hasn't been updated so I'll wait.

For some reason the human girls' pregnancy sprites are fucked up. Mitsuki and AAW are just nude with no option to put any clothes on them and Avarice is missing her tits (how the fuck did she lose them???). I reloaded a lot when their pregnancy messages popped up, could that be the reason? Did I bork my save?

The nursery and the green house are used for plant girls, you can found them in the city while exploring and finding the house, once you enter the bathroom you get the seeds and can plant the girls in the greenhouse.
I found out looking at the game files xd
From what I can see there is no update from her patreon, I don't think she's released any update yet

It's just a video update on stuff thats happening in her life, I don't think she mentions any updates to this game, if you go on a patreon leak site you can see the videos
She said she's still working on the game, update is most likely gonna take a while, but we can expect it this year, be it in a month or in 10, I have no clue. It makes sense as the game is quite complex and is a solo project (I think?)
No update in 14 months, the potential update could take even longer, and it won't have much art/animation. If she says it's gonna take a while and it's already been this long, the idea of it not being this year isn't really a surprising one, just a sad possibility.
The pace at which the dev works is insanely slow, probably because the project has been on the back burner, but the anticipation for the update has to be miserably low. I can understand that it still garners interest because of its uniqueness and appealing concept but it should be considered as effectively abandoned at this point.

To be fair, the game kind of was "abandoned" in the sense that it just wasn't worked on, since the dev was working on a pretty large animation project and just left the game for later, which is now at this point. The game is largely a concept at this stage anyway, so it kind of makes sense. It might be right that a lot of people will have lost interest/forgotten, but the dev may think of the next few updates as actually showing / promoting the game.
The wait sucks, but it's just the unfortunate reality of a solo dev that has to choose what to work on.

So it's a story update? Adding more personality to your heroines can definitely make them feel more human (and in turn make it hotter when they get fucked), but I hope it won't just be a long backstory of where they grew up and what they worked with. If it gives insight into their personalities, since this is a porn game I mean things like romantic preferences, fetishes, sexual experiences like what kind of monsters mrs. sizequeen has fucked and whether Mitsuki has gotten involved in anything, then it's perfectly reasonable and almost preferable to simply adding a few CGs.
I just hope that for the love of god it doesn't just become a fanfiction with next to no new sexual content.
