I looked on the forum and only found a single thread with kinda the same question,

Are there any Skyrim moded games that you can just download and not have to mod it yourself?

I mean, is it even possible, to make like a small scale story and campaign with mods in Skyrim?

Not necessarily bestiality or futa or anything but i think, illustrates what i'm talking about, a playable Skyrim game but 18+.

Porn-questlines, yes there are a few (e.g. Troubles of Heroine, Sanguine's Debauchery, The Sisterhood of Dibella, an anthology quest mod whose name escapes me, and many smaller ones), though they're mostly poorly written and of course janky. Though the really impressive quest mods are in Fallout 4.

What I have found lately as I just got back into modding skyrim myself....

On nexus mod page you can look at COLLECTIONS which are lists of mods that people have put together and know work well together. Either download them individually from the lists/collections or if you pay for the annual/monthly fast download speed type package from nexus then you can just click it and it will all download at once hence modding your game for you. There are tones of adult mod packages with bodies and animations and some quests. The newer ones uses Ostim or OSex which is a mod on nexus that had adult kinky times stuff (uses nemisis to regulate animations for humans-no creature framework or animations). With the collections list, you don't have to find all the mods yourself as they list them there. Nexus has The new gentleman mod for male genitals with collision.
If you go the old route and choose sexlab framework and animations (uses FNIS to regulate animations for human/creatures/animals) then you need to find them all individually on loverslab that has more kink/fetish packs you can find to download such as creature framework/bestiality stuff and more..but all have to be found and downloaded individually. The old route uses schlongs of skyrim {sos} (right now needs more work to function if using skyrim se or ae). loverslab has a few questline stuff too.
Note: cannot combine nemesis and FNIS but you can use The new gentleman mod from nexus with all loverslab framework and animations or you can use SOS with nexus stuff-well most.

I wrote this for Fallout 4, though this was before Bethesda's "Next Gen Update" so I don't know if it all still works. I know Skyrim can be a pain because of all the different versions that exist.

Basically the process is this:

1. Install Skyrim
2. Install and run Vortex
3. Download and install SKSE for your version of Skyrim in Vortex by clicking Install from File.
4. Go to the Skyrim SE Nexus and start getting all the dependencies for the lewd mods you want.
5. From the Nexus, download
   You must be registered to see the links
   for female bodies and
   You must be registered to see the links
   for dicks.
6. Download all the lewd mods you want from Loverslab, starting with Sexlab Framework. Add them to Vortex by clicking Install from File.
7. From the Nexus, download FNIS XXL version (animation modding in Skyrim is janky as shit, and I never got Nemesis to work right). You'll need to run this after installing everything else and before playing the game, else you'll get T-posing. Be sure to check the skeleton arm fix patch thing.
8. Run the game through SKSE in Vortex and pray to the Omnissiah it all works. Though the smart thing is to test the game startup every 1-2 mods you install.
