I do not know which is the earliest work of Sleepy.
I found Sleepy in September 2022, and I started following his work in 2023... I don't know where he started.
But the earliest image that I can date is this.:

December 2015
But there is definitely something earlier in the collection.

The first one is one of previews to Nancy Templeton - In Trouble Again so it's about 2016 year. The second drawing, if my memory serves me right, is also from about the same period. I'm not sure about the oldest drawing, but judging by everything, these two are dated 2006. At least, Sleepy said he drew them in 2006 and only posted them on Patreon in 2016.

A couple of interesting moments about these two works. According to Sleepy, Manga-Chloro was made with the help of a marker pen, while Tricked Lover with pen and paper. It was done back in CRT Monitor time.

Hypno Feet was made in 2010 and released in 2018. In general, this issue needs to be studied in more detail, but for now, taking into account all the facts, I propose to consider Tricked Lover as Sleepy’s oldest work.

You know my attitude towards artificial intelligence.
It was there... Not very enthusiastic. Especially when it came to Sleepy's work.
But I have to admit that the last few works that caught my eye made an impression on me.
It seems that neural networks have begun to appear that do not create "plastic" people.
I also really liked this one.:

The characters are really alive!

And also, it animates the image better and better without distorting the original character.
I don't know how it was done, but I'm impressed with the results!
