Seeking Slow burn sandbox games

Hey yall, im looking for sandbox games like Lucky Paradox, slow burn sandbox i.e it starts off with peeking on them dressing, having some fun while they sleep and especially upskirts, hell it doesn't have to evolve into full sex.

as always id prefer female protagonist with outfit customization though i understand those are low in numbers especially in the sandbox genre.

Yuri university probably fits everything you're looking for except for the outfit customization, although even that seems to be planned. However, the game right now is in the earlier stages.
