I would love to play a female protag where the you can interact with people in really slutty and revealing (like body writing , see through clothes , skimpy clothes and such)and their reactions will change in great detail in accordance to whatever your wearing.

Degrees of Lewdity might be something for you. You need to increase your character's corruption level in order to run around naked or semi-naked, but it's possible. It can also happen that your clothes get destroyed or wet/see-through which both your character and others around them react to.
