I hate to shatter the delusion of those of you that somehow managed to end up living on tiny tit island but C-D cup is the average.
Large breasts are far more common than small so this "realistic" sized breasts some of you keep asking for are already there.

I'm a fan of the happy medium, C cup is average(34C to be exact) but anything form B-DD is pretty common IRL, the disbelief kicks in for me when the body doesn't match the boobs, rail thin girls with an E cup are just so uncommon it doesn't work for me.
However breast size isn't IMO the big problem, it's the whole "the older she gets the bigger the boobs" thing, they don't just keep growing regardless, not that most writers seem to care, if she's a milf she's got to be stacked, preferably hourglass and stacked whereas the younger girls will almost always at the very bottom of the size chart for the game.
As for a game where there is incest and a mom without XL boobs, i can't think of one, it's just not done, Milf's have huge knockers or at least that's what people think the fanbase want.

I go with Ziver and Volta, most games here have grotesques as at least one character and most without medium to small at all. So adolescent and unreal.
One recent game featured in the Latest Updates had a girl who looked like a 34 EE. In reality probably unable to stand upright and certainly couldn't see the next step on a flight of steps. And when she lay down they stuck straight up. How does she stand up in the morning?
I accept that these games are fantasy but come on guys are you unable to produce things a little closer to reality. It really is lazy designing as is most of them being white and dumb.
