Seeking Small Monsters

I particularly enjoy scenes where lots of small monsters have their way with a woman. There's something about knowing the woman could over power one or two of the creatures but is overwhelmed by the number of them is in some other way incapacitated.

Are there any games or hentais that focus on this? I know a lot of games might have the odd scene. Also I know goblins are the classic monster for this but I feel like they have been overdone.
