Is it supposed to show up in the save load menu? I extracted it to the save folder, but can't find a way to load it
It's a "persistentdata" file. It just unlocks. It's not a save slot. Start a new game and you already have the unlocks.

Ask on the server, the creator shares the link via DMs. The mod is not finished yet.
Well, in general, I've been banned from the server 3 years ago for reasons unknown to me in the end. That's why I can't look at the server.
I'd rather wait for someone to drop it here.

I'm glad I checked the gallery first, there's maybe... one or two good scenes and they're mostly one picture. Not worth playing all that way for it.
