MTL kinda ruins it, but it actually tries to have a story. For short, you installed a new VRMMO and is using a cheat tool. You then talk to the Shogun, who demands you to get a medicine for his daughter.

Gameplay-wise, it is NPC game (so closer to a gallery with extra steps). Which is also why shortly after leaving the castle, you're introduced to the Gallery and the switch to unlock all. There are entire towns without much or any relation with the story, just for extra NPCs, but this does make the world feel more complete and is kinda rare in most games, where all places you see you'll be forced to visit sooner or later by story (or are postgame locations).

Each girl has roughly four scenes, two clothed and two naked: One in which she doesn't react (unlocked by default) and one in which she does react (need to feed her an item which costs 300 coins ─ or whatever MTL translated it as. Well, "kinda" react). Getting money becomes trivial from the Sunk Ship, as you only need to walk over the monster to instantly defeat it and gain money. In every location, there's usually at least one girl you can't do nothing with (but there'll be a see-through feature), and the two final girls have an extra subset of scenes if you give them a gag + ropes.

It could actually deserve five stars weren't for MTL. I mean, it is censored, on the see-through mode that's sometimes a bummer, but the worst imo is still the MTL (some words aren't even properly translated).

You can skip dialog with "Ctrl" (faster skip) or by holding "Enter" (slower skip), and hide text box with "Shift".

Note: When you unlock the ship you'll be warned that using the teleport item will NOT teleport the ship together. The MTL might imply no town in the other side will be added to the teleporter's locations list but that's not quite true. So feel free to use the teleporter, but make sure there's an already visited town/village wherever you parked the ship or you'll need to pay for the ship being brought back to you.

Note 2: There's a NPC in the bottom right corner of the port city which sells you optional scenes (and scenes without dialog), the see-through girls, the item to unlock the scenes in which NPCs "react", and a duplicate for the items needed for gag + rope if you've been lazy in world exploration. They'll have a complete stock by the time you can make the herbal medicine, and the scenes they sell might not be in the Gallery.
