Identify [Solved] A kidnap/forced prostitution game where you play as a cop

I remember the game starting out with you randomly finding a girl being raped and you decide to kidnap her in the aftermath and imprison her from then on its a managing her stats and pimping her out to other cops and prisoners for money.

Game is 3D and had a lot of animation for scenes.
