The game was in japanese when I played it, which is why I can't remember the name.
The logo had a blue background with white japanese text. On the main menu was a picture of the girl in a school uniform (white shirt, blue skirt) and pigtails with brown hair. On the main menu were all the animation scenes but they're locked before you play them. I think there were around 24.
Once you're in the game, you have this menu where you fight her and select what you wanna do.
