what good prompts and negative prompts should I use?

Because AI image generators have explicitly been made to not be pornographic I'm guessing your best bet would be something that include things like:
medical illustration, egg cell, spermatozoa, conception, fertilization etc. Basically go medical. that probably is your best bet.
But uhm why use an image generator when you already have this image.

it's not mine I would like something that I have made or ai made or daz

I have ai image on my computer been using InvokeAI couple days now and I am able to make pornographic

I was assuming you were using one of the big players like DALL-E or MidJourney. For those it holds true. And since most people who start to dabble with AI use one of these the advice holds ture.
still to some extent the issue remains. An AI is only as good as its training data. If it hasn't been trained with something relatively niche it can't reproduce it. I don't know if InvokeAI has been trained with something close enough. So I'd still start off with the medical illustration and than start to refine from there.
Or start off with a PD medical illustration. Might make it easier.

Yup. you are correct. Your advice was also correct. Instead of taking a track of being combative about one point, I simply tried using your example prompt in a free, online AI art generator to test it out.

Then decided to use my DALL-E account with the same prompt.

I am not surprised that it is that simple and wonder what was making it difficult.
