Mister Perfect Shadow Since you have already located your game, this is not directly answering your question, but in the event that you are interested in similar IRL pornstar-themed games, you may want to consider 'The Agency' as well, if you are not already familiar with the game i.e. You essentially start a harem as a pornstar agency director of some sorts and can recruit girls to join from what I recall, interesting scenarios and a very robust/colourful cast of characters
